The imbalances that create chronic pain are actually muscle imbalances , which occur when one area of the body becomes tight or overdeveloped and compensates for the opposing muscles that are weak or "shut down."  The muscle imbalances eventually pull you out of proper alignment, producing more wear and tear on muscles, ligaments, joints and the spine.

Your customized yoga session addresses these imbalances at the source with the RAW Method -- Rapid Activation to Wellness -- which uses resistance, dynamic and active stretching, and isometrics to bring symmetry back to your body and release pain.
